There are not enough superlatives to describe the service you provided before and during our move. Your patience, knowledge and professionalism made this experience our most enjoyable, and that is saying a lot considering we have relocated over 14 times in our 41 years with the Air Force.
After we initially contacted you in January about moving to the Denver area, you consistently provided us with market information and listings over the next four months. Your insight into what we really wanted in a home allowed you to continuously narrow the search. By the time Carol finally arrived and began previewing homes, you knew exactly which homes would fit our tastes. After I arrived, you never once pressured us to make a decision; in fact, it is a testament to your desire to get us in the “right home” that you wanted us to view a few additional homes before we wrote an offer on our house on Mt. Elbert Place.
Your meticulous attention to detail during the escrow and closing process ensured there were no last minute surprises. Your network of professionals came through every time, on time. Gail (loan officer) and Dallas (home inspector) were truly outstanding, and had our trust from the very beginning. Your suggestions when writing the offer, requesting repairs, and reviewing the closing documents were always on target and of valuable assistance.
